I am in the process of moving the forum. I am trying to do some streamlining and cost cutting and I have decided that having my own website doesn't make a lot of sense. I can put any information I need to put out into the world on my blog. I have known this for some time, but I didn't know exactly what to do about the forum! So it hit me that I could move the blog - or maybe just start a new blog on the topic of Letting Go of God at a couple of sites that I admire. They are The Skeptics Society and the other is the Freedom From Religion Foundation. Yesterday we found out that The Skeptics Society may be able to move the entire forum to the new site. We are still waiting to see if this will happen. I posted a welcome and my standard, "Who are you people, anyway?" intro on the Skeptic forum under the Letting Go of God heading. So far, only posters who are regulars at The Skeptics Society has responded. I guess all I'm saying right now is:

The movie premiered on Showtime and played twice yesterday. I got many, many letters from people. I was so thrilled. There were only a couple of adversarial ones, most were positive and complimentary. I even woke up in the night and saw that I had fifteen or so more letters! I really hope everyone keeps chatting about everything and the new people are included in the new forum sites.
I know I am a broken record now, but thank you thank you so much for having participated in this forum! We will see what the future brings. Stay tuned.
